i found the location excellent for stadium access. the area itself was very accessible. the bedroom was clean. the bathroom was lovely too!
i found only two parking spaces due to a new hedge. the area outside had litter and empty beer bottles.

i observed that the breakfast area included six tables, each seating four people; there was a self-service coffee machine. cereal and juice options were available each morning from 7 am to 9 am; a simple offering.

the guest house featured complimentary wi-fi throughout the building; i noticed the signal strength was consistently strong in the common areas. a small garden at the rear of the property offered a seating area, though limited.

the check-in process involved a key box with assigned codes. i saw the cleaning staff replenished towels daily! a contact number was provided for assistance! however, there wasn't any on-site personnel.

the room i was assigned had issues. the shower had MOLD. the bed was lumpy, and it was quite uncomfortable, I expected better for the price i paid.
